[Mott] [New Logentry] VIP3D01 hi-potted

Mott scattering chamber ion pump VIP3D01 hi-potted successively at 8000, 9000, 10000 and 11000 V while comparing against standard holding voltage of ~6kV.  Stopped process when IP current  matched adjacent Mott beam line ion pump VIP3D00.

Would not be surprised if VIP3D01 start field emitting again, but in the meantime both IP's are similarly gauging Mott 3D vacuum in a sensible manner.
