[Mott] [New Logentry] Added mu-metal to 5D beam pipe

The ambient vertical magnetic field in the vicinity of the 0L02-0L03 region is 0.4-0.7 G.  The fields over the region downstream of the DL magnet tend to be smaller, those upstream tend to be larger. 

I added mu-metal along most of the ~2.5 span of pipe between IPM5D00 and MQJ5D01.  Before doing this I tested the quality of the mu-metal.  With the probe in air I measured 0.5G and with a single turn o mu-metal over the probe I measured 0.0G.  The probe was calibrated in the vendor's magnetic shield prior to testing.  So, the mu-metal works well with this degree of sensitivity.
