Regarding the TN I sent yesterday, the central values are not changing, but I was rushing and not happy with the way I approached the error analysis (top down vs. bottom up).  I'm redoing the error analysis being more careful to propagate from start to end (largely to offer Bubble experiment a better evaluation of the total error).  I'm about ~halfway done, but have some meetings.  So, if you want to wait I'll circulate another version later today, error budget will grow but I think more accurate.
