This version replaces previous one. End result is not really changed, but this version (hopefully) explains the steps better. The uncertainties described are propagated through the calculations, suggests the uncertainty on each measurement is on average 0.12%. This is all based on a separate study by J. Benesch which claims the TOSCA model of the dipole magnet agrees with reality at the 0.1% level. I'm not doubting, just saying this is implicit in the total error budget...
