[Mott] [EXTERNAL] RE: status update

Dear all,
the most suitable section would be Electroweak Interactions in my opinion.
The other two options mentioned before refer to reactions in which the
strong interaction is involved.
I would be ok with the upload to arxiv.org but I have no strong preference
on that.
