[Nps] NPS documentation - where to post what

I guess the Wiki and Redmine overlap quite a bit. Not sure how to handle
that best, especially if there's already a lot of info in the Wiki. If
we started from scratch, I'd pick Redmine+Logbook exclusively and drop
the Wiki.
Redmine has a Wiki function which is similar to the regular Wiki, but
easier to read, navigate and search. Redmine offers a lot more though:
It is particularly good for to-do lists, task lists, bug tracking,
project management timelines etc. It's a project management tool.
