[Nps] NPS Regular Meeting - Thursday 25 January at 9:00AM ET

Hi everyone,

Now that we are in the new year and May is not too far away we would like
to re-start our NPS regular (1-hour long) meetings with main discussion
topics:

   - discussion of the details of the NPS deinstallation
   - safe storage of the NPS until the next NPS run group experiments start
   - other
