[Nps] NPS Regular Meeting - notes from 1/25 and next meeting

Hi everyone,

I posted my notes from today's meeting here:

The near term actions and plan (major items) are listed below. Please
add/edit as needed. Our *next general NPS meeting will be on Thursday 22
February at 9:00AM ET*.

   - make a site map to keep track of NPS components; plan for annual
   inspection of the NPS components
   - make maintenance plan for some of the NPS components, e.g., cooling
   system and air handling system
   - store equipment, mark and label everything
   - document procedures
   - make plan for de-installing cables (personnel and procedures, e.g.,
   protecting connectors)
   - make a plan for the next time using the NPS
