[Nps] [EXTERNAL] NPS-RG1a analysis meeting: Thursday June 27

Based on your input using when2meet, I propose we meet weekly, alternating between
-Mondays at 8 a.m. (EDT), 2 p.m. (Paris), 1 pm (Tunis), 4 p.m. (Yerevan), 8 p.m. (Beijing), 2 a.m. (Hawaii) and 6 a.m. (Boulder) and
-Thursdays at 4 p.m. (EDT), 10 p.m. (Paris), 9 p.m. (Tunis), midnight (Yerevan), 4 a.m. (Beijing), 10 a.m. (Hawaii) and 2 p.m. (Boulder).
Hopefully, I did not forget anyone … This schedule attempts to get all of us to contribute during office hours at least half of the time. I’m open to any clever/more convenient solutions.  We will need to reevaluate at the beginning of the Fall semester. Peter noted that the inclusive pion group will continue to meet on Fridays at noon. I assume the optic group will also continue to meet separately (ask Christine, Josh, and/or Charles for information on this).

Multiple collaborators told me they are keen on using a combination of the blog and the wiki to document our analysis progress. I also favor this solution. If you want to argue for something else, we can talk about this again at our next meeting.  Please give me an early warning.

Subject: Analysis plans post NPS-RG1a data taking

During the NPS-RG1a data collection, we held three weekly analysis meetings to discuss online results. Monday morning, after the data collection stopped, we started making plans for the data analysis. We will take a month's break from the analysis meetings and agreed to start a weekly meeting after June 24, 2024.

Please read below and contribute to the analysis's organization.

The poll lists a 24-hour meeting window in purpose. As we are spread out worldwide, we will probably alternate meeting times to accommodate everyone, so please indicate after-hours availability.   *   How to document analysis meeting: Up to now, we have used Redmine  and hclog to post our online analysis results. Monday, we discussed using the following softwares and pushed the decision time to our next meeting at the end of June 2024.

We started setting objectives for the Pass 1 replay, which could happen in October. At our next meeting, Carlos will summarize the steps we took for the previous analysis of DVCS at HallA.
