Dear colleagues,
I reserved room F226 in JLab's F-wing for Thursday's Nuclear Physics
Working Group
meeting video-conference. This room is not equipped with video-conference
hardware so we will be using a laptop to participate in the meeting.
We tested the system multiple time last week so it should work.
In case you are planning to join the conference in the comfort of your
office,
I also attached Marco's e-mail with instructions on how to connect to the
conference. Keep in mind that the "webcast" part in these instructions
referrers to the plenary sessions not the working group meetings.
The room name/number and PIN will be different from what they are now,
but the IP number (as far as I know) will stay the same.
Hovanes.
