[Nuclear] video-conference for NPWG meeting in Paris

Hi,

here is the information from Michel on how to join
the video-conference of NPWG meeting. These are
the actual numbers which will be used for the NPWG meeting.
Note that the time given is the time in Paris.

1/If people want to participate only "passively" (i.e. wish not to
speak and wish only to watch and listen):
      1a/they go tomorrow at 14:00 to the link: 
http://rms.in2p3.fr/compagnon.php?idConf=51012&identConf=7078_CLAS12nuclear
or they type directly in "realplayer" ("file", "open"):
rtsp://193.48.95.82/conf_h263_g711u_768000_7078_CLAS12nuclear
(they might need a code, probably not, but just in case : 7078)

2/If they want to participate "interactively" (i.e wish to speak and to be
seen), they have to follow the instructions that were sent last week (or 
which can be found on http://www.jlab.org/~guidal/videoconf) with the 
difference that the times/codes/names are now:

         time: 14h00
          the videoconference is called: CLAS12nuclear
          the first code is:51012
          the second code is:7078

[The IP number doesn't change: 193.48.95.82 as well as the phone numbers]
I recall that people don't need to enter ALL these informations.
According to the system they use (videoconference room, laptop, phone,
etc...) they just need to enter some of them.
