[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] No December Monthly Meeting

I hope my message finds you well.

Given I didn't get any suggestions or contributions for the December
meeting, I will just go ahead and cancel this month's meeting. Our next
meeting will be on Wednesday, Jan 26th, 2022.
