[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] Reminder: APS April Meeting abstract submission deadline is December 20

Dear NPWG members,

This is a friendly reminder that the APS April meeting abstract submission
is due this Monday, December 20th, see below. In case you plan to
participate, please make sure to follow the typical submission procedure:

   1. Share your abstract with the working group for approval, either send
   it to me, le334 at msstate.edu, or directly to the PWG, nuclear at jlab.org,
   2. Once endorsed, submit its CSC request as instructed in this CSC
   wiki-page
   <https://clasweb.jlab.org/csc/wiki/index.php/Main_Page#tab=Procedures_2FForms>
   .
   3. Submit it to the APS April event, and please don't forget to
   acknowledge the CLAS collaboration while doing so.

In case you plan to show any new preliminary results that are not approved
yet by the NPWG, you need to present them as well to the group before
April. You can contact me to arrange for that in the new year.
