[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] Approaching Abstract Submission Deadlines

This is a courtesy reminder of the approaching abstract submission deadline
for two APS events:

2) GHP2023: The APS Topical Group on Hadronic Physics

If you plan to submit an abstract to any of these events, please make sure
to distribute it to our working group for review as well as approval.
As usual, any new results should be endorsed by our working group prior to
being disseminated to the external scientific community, and they should be
tagged with "preliminary" while presented if not published yet.

I have put the abstracts I received so far for these two events on our NPWG
wiki-page under the Abstracts/Talks tab

Please review them and send any comments you may have to the speakers by
CC'ing me, preferably by this Friday at least for the APS April meeting.
Additionally, speakers should not forget to submit their abstracts for the
CSC acknowledgment.
