Dear NPWG members,

We are due for our January monthly meeting next Wednesday, Jan. 25th,
however, this date overlaps with the JLab upgrade workshop which several of
us are involved in. Thus, I suggest skipping the January meeting and
reconvening in February. In case there is any pressing business/update that
you like to discuss with our WG members prior to the February meeting,
please let me know, and will see how your request can be accommodated.

I understand it's quite early to decide about your March collaboration
meeting attendance in Paris, however, the CCC is trying to figure out who
can make it in person to decide on the number of (external) invitations we
should send to fill the program.
Thus, I urge you to please get back to me at your earliest convenience with
your plans, especially if you are involved in any ongoing CLAS6/12
analyses, run-groups preparations, PAC proposals, or any projects that you
like to share with the collaboration at this level.
I will be happy to send you formal invitations to present in this workshop,
just let me know.

Looking forward to hearing from as many of you as possible as soon as
possible!

Best,

Lamiaa
