[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] NPWG Session on July CLAS Collaboration Meeting

Dear NPWG members,

I hope you are all well; enjoying this summer season to whom it applies.

As you may see in Silvia's message below, the in-person summer CLAS
collaboration meeting will be held this time from July 11th to 14th at
Christopher Newport University. The meeting will include, as usual,
dedicated sessions for various working groups and ours will be held on the
morning of Wednesday, July 12th, from 8:30 AM until noon EDT. The CCC is
currently working on the meeting's agenda, thus please drop me a line
by *Friday,
June 30th*, if you would to contribute to this session. Please bear in mind
that it's important to keep the collaboration up-to-date with your work
progress as well as planned projects, therefore your contributions are
encouraged and much appreciated.

I am looking forward to hearing from as many of you as possible at your
earliest convenience.

the CLAS Meeting will take place in slightly less than a month, from July
11th to the 14th, at Christopher Newport University. The registration page
will be available in a couple of days.

filling up quickly.
