[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] NPWG June Monthly Meeting Notification & More!

Dear NPWG members,

I hope this message finds you all well.

We are due for our monthly meeting next Wednesday, June 28th, at 11 AM CDT; 9
AM PDT; noon EDT/CLT; 6 PM CEST, thus please drop me a line no later than
COB of Monday, June 26th, in case you would like to give an update about
your ongoing analysis and/or projects. Given that our NPWG session at the
July CLAS collaboration meeting will be in two weeks from June 28th, I
would like to get your feedback on whether you want me to hold the June
meeting or shall we leave all updates until the July session. I am fine
either way, just share your preferences and I will go with the majority.

In case you have been contacted about the July CLAS collaboration meeting
contributions, please respond to me no later than the end of this month to
finalize the NPWG session agenda.

*Approaching Deadline Announcement:*

As you may know, the abstract submission deadline for the Sixth joint
meeting of the APS Division of Nuclear Physics with the nuclear physicists
of the Physical Society of Japan (JPS) is *Friday, July 7, 2023 (5:00 p.m.
ET)*. Thus, please distribute your abstracts for NPWG approval prior to
submission. Also, please bear in mind that any results you plan to present
should be endorsed by our working group prior to disseminating them in the
October DNP23 meeting. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions in
this regard.
