[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] Call for Contributions on Summer CLAS Collaboration NPWG Sessions

Dear NPWG Members,

The 2024 summer CLAS Collaboration meeting will be held from June 25th to 28th at the Christopher Newport University campus. The event organization has started, and I urge you to send me contributions for the NPWG sessions scheduled for the morning of Wednesday, June 26th. Please get back to me with a contribution title, duration, and preferred time slot, if any, between 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. and 11 - 12:30 p.m. EDT, no later than COB of Monday, June. 17th.

I look forward to hearing from as many of you as possible since it's essential to keep the collaboration up to date with our working group activities and present updates about all ongoing analyses and planned projects. I trust you will encourage your group members, especially students, to come forward and participate in this in-person event. If desired, junior graduate students will be accommodated with short flash talks for 5 to 10 minutes as encouragement to introduce them to the collaboration and present progress in these sessions. As usual, the ZOOM connection will be provided for remote participation.
