possible to attend this meeting and grant approval for this great
opportunity to highlight CLAS collaboration projects and results.

one hour. Thus, it will be appreciated if you respect the time slot and
make the content focused on the description of the extracted results that
you are seeking approval for. Please don't miss tagging all results plots
with preliminary. I also need all talks to be attached to the wiki-page

otherwise, send them to me in case of any technical difficulties,
preferably before the meeting.

be presented first to the working group before dissemination, and once the
