[On_site_list] Blue Ford Focus XMV-9513 Must Be Moved

Striping of a portion of the existing CEBAF Center parking lot and the 
new expansion area takes place today. Please stay out of the roped/coned 
areas of the main CEBAF Center lot.

Please use the EEL parking lot and the parking lot north of CEBAF Center.

A blue Ford Focus with Virginia plates XMV-9513 currently parked in the 
area to be striped must be moved so that parking lot striping can begin.

As the striping paint dries, these areas of the CEBAF Center parking lot 
will re-open.
