[On_site_list] JLab Onsite Road Closure Due to Construction

Due to ongoing construction behind the Experimental Equipment Lab  
(EEL), the south side of the EEL parking lot is closed to personal  
vehicles. Only delivery and construction vehicles may access the lot  
from BCS Road (the road between the EEL and the Test Lab).

FM&L is encouraging drivers of personal vehicles to use SURA Road or  
the south connector road to access the parking lot behind the EEL to  
avoid heavy construction traffic.

Additionally, drivers using BCS road should use caution, since this  
road is accessed by construction vehicles.
