[On_site_list] JLab Special Requirement for Ratcheting Tie-Downs

Until further notice, do not to order ratcheting tie-downs through 
Jefferson Lab's e-commerce system; do not use use a P-Card.

To obtain ratcheting tie-downs, use the JLab procurement system:
--Create a Purchase Requisition,
--Use transaction code 43-028,
--State *marked graded hardware required*, and specify I and I Sling, 
Inc.  as the vendor (contact information is below). I and I Sling is the 
only approved vendor for this product.  I and I Sling is familiar with 
DOE requirements and JLab Procurement will be working out an e-commerce 
arrangement with them  in the near future.
