[On_site_list] No Parking on Grass or at Res. Facility for 6 GeV Celebration

Please walk to the Residence Facility Field if you plan to attend the 6 
GeV Era Celebration this afternoon.

The SURA Residence Facility parking lot is full; and parking isn't 
permitted along the road or in the grass.

If you wish to position your vehicle for your departure at the end of 
the day, please park in the big lot east of CEBAF Center, Building 12, 
on in the lot east of the EEL, Building 90.

The Res. Facility Field is damp but not soggy.
