[On_site_list] Get Your JLab T-shirt Design In By March 12 Deadline

You could be the next JLab T-shirt design all star! The Jefferson 
Activities Group is seeking entries for the annual Jefferson Lab T-shirt 
design contest.

Your idea could become the winning design for the lab's 2012 T-shirt. 
Put your design on paper or in a digital document and send it to me, 
Bridget Paul, your JAG chair. New ideas and previously submitted designs 
are welcome.

The lab community will vote on the submitted entries, and the winning 
design will be unveiled at the lab's annual Run-A-Round event being 
scheduled for April 25. The winning design will be printed on the 
T-shirts distributed, and available for purchase, after the Run-A-Round.

The JAG will accept T-shirt design entries through 5 p.m. Monday, March 12.

-- Each submission must include a front (pocket) and back design; 
"Jefferson Lab", "DOE", "JSA, LLC" and "2012" must be incorporated into 
each design submission.
-- All entries must include the entrant's name(s), division and 
telephone number. Ideas may come from individuals and teams.
-- All designs must be submitted electronically or printed out in color 
on paper up to 11 x 17 inch, and sent to me via email at: bpaul at jlab.org 
or to my office, Room 225B in the ARC (Mail Stop 2A).

Voting on the entries will run from March 14 -- 23; anyone with a JLab 
computer account can cast one vote. The winning designer(s) will receive 
a free T-shirt and recognition.

The winning design becomes the property of Jefferson Science 
Associates/JLab. The final version of the design may be subject to 
slight change to suit screen-printing limitations. Re-submission of 
previous non-winning designs is encouraged.
