Hi Valerie,

The improvements that I requested for NCR reporting, I'd also like to 
have for D3s.  It would be good to add the columns 'D3Description', 
'D3Actions', and 'D3Resolve' to show up on the report if there is enough 
room on the page.

The high priority item on my list I would say to be able to export to 
Excel and be able to readily separate out 'Open' versus 'Closed' items.
