[Pansophy] Error message for generic NCR in Pansophy

Hey Pansophy Team,

I am trying to generate a NCR using the traveler NCR drop down for a
generic discrepancy found on Helium Vessel Bellows. When I try and
generate the document I get the following error message. (see attachment)
Any help would be appreciated.
