[Pansophy] Error message for generic NCR in Pansophy

  John,

When entering an Engineer To Email, just put their username (cheng).
You entered cheng at jl I assume trying to put in the entire email address.
I have corrected the username.
Also, I noted that you do not have any attached files, but make 
reference to one in step 3.
