         Text:	upon tranferring equipment from scott to aaron/brian. once they accepted the equip, they then tried to calibrate and received an error (instrument not found).
I have temp changed the SQl "AND PendingOwners.OwnerPending = 1)"  to look for 0, which indicates equp transfer has been accepted. It is still unclear as to why this code is not currently working ASIS. Will investigate further as time allows
