         Keywords: CFPDF thumbnail creation - heap problem and blank thumbnails

         Text:	The CF servers were rebooted with increased JAVA HEAP space. This has corrected the problem of CFPDF error on heap space for pdf files larger than 900kb. But some pdf files still produce blank thumbnails. In trying to look for patterns the only one which showed in my test cases was when the width was greater than 40 in. Example files:

>From this point on the pdf file size was too great for old heap settings:

picD 1.08MB 44.07 x 34 blank thumbnail

picG 2.17MB 43.97 x 34 blank thumbnail
At this time the code will be left as is with the blank thumbnails. Until such time we can investigate further and find resolve with adobe.
