Hi Katherine,
Thanks for this information! I am working on updating my list with what I have received so far. I just have a couple of quick questions!
For the helium vessel, I'm assuming it would be a part of the cavity area (SNSPPU-CAV-RECV-HELV).
For the bellows, what area will those be in (CAV, CM, CST) and what type are they? We are trying to figure out acronyms.
For the gate valves, basically the same thing as the bellows, what type are they and what area will they be in so we can figure out acronyms.
For the FPCs, I'm assuming that they are in the CAV area. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Hope you're enjoying your time off so far!
Happy holidays!
Megan McDonald

Megan - every incoming part with a serial number needs a receiving traveler.
Pashupati should provide you the list for cavities.
Helium vessel -
- Receiving
- Visual inspection/measurement (INSP-HELV)
- Installation (ASSY-HELV)
- Leak check (should this be part of installation or separate?)
Bellows -
- Receiving
- Visual inspection/measurement
- Leak check
- Cleaning (maybe this is just a procedure and not a traveler?)
Gate valves -
- Receiving
- Inspection/leak check
- Cleaning (maybe this is just a procedure and not a traveler?)
-
FPCs -
- Receiving
- Inspection/leak check
- Cleaning (maybe this is just a procedure and not a traveler?)

SOTRs and Project Leaders,
Here is the current master Traveler/Procedure "Project Configuration" list for SNS PPU.
This list has been available for a while and no action has yet been taken by the SOTR's/Project leaders.
Please take some time this week to look through the lists and make changes/updates as needed.
Email us your changes and I will merge documents and put out an updated listing.
Many items will be arriving soon (some already FPCs) and the travelers NEED to be completed!
Please respond with your updates by C.O.B. Thursday December 12, 2019.
Thank you for your prompt attention!
