Entirely up to you. The travelers should only cover work done at JLab. If you feel that we should verify some or all of the vendor tests at Jlab, there should be a traveler. If we do not need to verify, there should be a place in the receiving traveler that lists the documents we should receive from the vendor, and allows for their upload.

Katherine,
If we get inspection/ testing reports back from vendors, does that eliminate the need for a corresponding inspection/testing traveler?

Matt, can you let Megan know if this list of travelers is correct? Each component will need a receiving traveler, and one inspection traveler for each separate inspection station; i.e., leak check would be a different traveler from a visual inspection, for example. If you have an idea of what assembly travelers are needed, you could let her know, although John Fischer can respond to that otherwise.

Dear all,
Resending. Could you please let Megan know before shutdown whether the names of the travelers that you are responsible for seem correct. Your assistance is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Katherine

SOTRs and Project Leaders,
Here is the current master Traveler/Procedure "Project Configuration" list for SNS PPU.
This list has been available for a while and no action has yet been taken by the SOTR's/Project leaders.
Please take some time this week to look through the lists and make changes/updates as needed.
Email us your changes and I will merge documents and put out an updated listing.
Many items will be arriving soon (some already FPCs) and the travelers NEED to be completed!
Please respond with your updates by C.O.B. Thursday December 12, 2019.
Thank you for your prompt attention!
