Hi Sarah, thank you!!
I've attached the slides on Traveler Authorship that can get you to the correct template and some direction on the different fields, hope that helps! For more guidance, it may help to look at another projects traveler. It seems like you are interested in something similar to C75-CAV-FAB, you can view it in Pansophy (pansophy.jlab.org > SRF > C75), which has a lot of extra coding that Valerie did. I have also attached that word document. I'm not sure what project you are looking to write your traveler for. You can also refer to other project travelers starting from https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-16191 and going into the main project folder, then to Process Documents/Travelers > Approved Travelers. There will be a doc file in each of those folders.
I'm not sure of your level of familiarity with pansophy so if you need some guidance on that, I can give you a tour of it sometime if you are interested.
I have also CCd pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org>. This email goes to all of the Pansophy Team (me, Valerie, & Mike) so if one of us is unavailable, another may be able to answer any questions you may have.
Hope this helps get you in the right direction! Don't hesitate to email us if you have more questions.
Megan

To be clear, I watched your video, but I just need an outline of how to write a traveler or an example. -Sarah

All,
Since we are working remotely, we have been using DocuShare routing for Traveler and Procedure approvals. Some of you may have already used it but I have created a quick video on how to use it.
Let me know if you have any issues!
Megan McDonald
