[Pansophy] inspection travelers

Dear SOTRs,

As you write your inspection travelers, I wanted to remind you that our Pansophy team has made D3s more useful by enabling automatic emailing for them, and these can be used in inspection travelers for items that shouldn't stop work but that you might want to be notified of so you can track potential issues or address them with your vendors.

For instance:  "Part A should be assembled to Part B.  If they are bagged separately, please attach them together and issue a D3."
