The only way I have seen so far is to go to the folder the document is in (they all started in the draft Travelers of Draft Procedures folder but I just created an Approvals folder that I will be using from now on), navigate to the document and click the properties button. Once you are on the properties page, on the left hand side there is a tab called "Routing". Click that then click the document name. It should show you who is supposed to sign and who has signed. Heres another quick screen recording

Hi Megan,

Good job on the video. Is there a means that I can see who else has reviewed and approved the document. Before I review and approve I look to see if the SME have approved. This helps guide me in what level of review I need to do.

Thanks,
Tony

Hi Tony!!

There are a few procedures in the DocuShare routing process that are awaiting your approval. Here's a tutorial video I made to help with navigating the DocuShare routing. Let me know if you need help!
