Matt,

Normally we would scan these documents and attach them to an INV traveler.  However, since these assemblies did not arrive serialized and serial numbers will be randomly assigned with no acronym, we can email you copies and let you upload them to an appropriate location.

I will have to ask about the need to serialize these assemblies, if tracking in travelers (INV, INSP, LEAK, ASSY) is not going to be required for these.  We can simply check all 7 of these in like other Off-The-Shelf parts.

Also, what do you usually do with the leak testing/record documents you show? You upload those somewhere or do yo usually give them to the SOTR?

If you find them, please let me know once you have had a chance to go through them and verify that all 7 assemblies are accounted for. I can approve the invoice after that, inventory not needed before I approve.



The drawing(104210200-M8U-8200-A046) is attached. Items # 4 & 6 were omitted from the assembly since Peter already ordered them. The assemblies should have their openings blanked off.
