Hello Ed -
just so I am straight - the Bellows come after HV or the cavities after HV ?
FYI (different topic) The CMM will be 100% available to Liang Dec 21-23 (because Aaron & Earl are out) so she wanted to continue with the HE Feed through during that time

Hi All,
Let's cue them up right behind the HV work in terms of priority. Anne can let us know when these would be scheduled for inspection.
Thanks,
Ed

I will let Ed make the call on that. I think bellows needed for the first string should come first before additional cavities, but I'm prepared to be overruled if Ed wants to do something different.

Do the bellows come before the cavities ? Right now we are doing CMM on Cavity 10 for PPU
Please note that Dec 21-23, both Aaron and Earl are out, and also Jan 4& 5, the CMM is down for Calibration .
So whatever is needed in the first week of January needs to get done next week

Sorry - correction - I was referring to the HE Vessel heads traveler - these travelers are approved,
One of the travelers for the bellows is still pending . My understanding is the bellows are not urgent

Hello Katherine
Apparently they were approved and released earlier in the week (this was mentioned in the PPU meeting - I was not at that meeting this week due to being PD )
Anyway if you look at the schedule you will see that the CMM work has been scheduled to start on Monday when we have two techs in the CMM room
We only have Earl today and on the weekend - he is only allowed to lift 10Lb at the moment

As I told you all, they have been sitting in the draft folder and ready for signature since last Sunday. I apologize if this was not the correct folder, but I did not realize when I uploaded them that there is now a "ready for approval" folder as well, and I certainly did not realize that this would keep them from being sent for signature.
There are some issues with the current process. It is not acceptable that urgently-needed travelers have been held up by a procedural issue. If this is going to stop the process, then you need to make it clear to the author that the travelers will not proceed until they have been moved from one folder to another. I would suggest that it might be more efficient to simply move them and let authors know for next time.
Regards,
Katherine

Hi Anne,
I received an email about that traveler, as well as the SUBP from Katherine. I advised her to put them in the ready for approvals folder so I could route them for approval. This is our current process for receiving travelers for approval, detailed in the author checklist<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Documents/TravelerAuthorChecklist_Oct2020.pdf> which can also be found on the Pansophy front page. Once they are in the ready for approvals folder, I'll route them for approval.
Allen

Hi Allen
Could you advise the status of the traveler below ?
In the master list there was no color code - and I could not find it in Pansophy
Thanks Anne
