[Pansophy] Ready For Approvals and rising Frustrations

Tony & Anne,

I'm sorry I was sick today and missed all the excitement.
Apparently there is still confusion on the new procedure and this is causing much frustration within the pansophy team and in authors.
Megan and Allen have been reminding people of this procedure for a couple weeks now both in project meetings and via emails.
Allen has also been diligent in replying to authors letting them know about the new process and directing them to the author checklist.
Additionally, Megan put lots of help on the front page of Pansophy to make it easy for authors to get to the information.
In Anne's meeting on Thursday I brought up this concern and some suggestions were a poster or newsletter.
At this point we, the team, are not sure how to proceed and I'm at a lost on how to help my team.
I need your help in this matter.
And the team would like to meet with you both if possible.
