Gary,
Fundamentally I am opposed to serializing "miscellaneous" parts. But that aside, I see four separate kits that will be tracked with one acronym. The problem is that we will be receiving 4 distinctly different kits with SN: 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007. We will need 4 acronyms and INV travelers to handle this properly. Likewise, there should be 4 separate INSP travelers to match. In the ASSY travelers, there will need to be 4 different dropdowns to select which kit is being used.
Here are my suggestions for kit acronyms
104210200-M8U-8200-A011, Supply Piping, SPIPESN
104210200-M8U-8200-A012, Return Piping, RPIPESN
104210200-M8U-8200 A050, Guard Vacuum Piping Assy, GVPASN
104211500-M8U-8200-A018, Helium Inlet Baffle Assy, HEIBASN
Let me know what you think.

Mike,
It is to inventory parts purchased per PO 20-D0831. There will be 4 x 7 = 28 kits of parts coming from the vendor.
Ed suggests to include references on the first page of the INV traveler, I attached relevant drawings and the SOW. You may add them to the traveler's first page.

Gary,
What is this traveler supposed to keep track of?
