Anne,

I think "number is the quantity" is not correct. I think it is the order of appearance on the NCR or just for reference for Liang's analysis.

I also attached a list of ACLs from LCLS-II, LCLS-II HE, and SNSPPU (that I could find). Hopefully this will give us a start on possible NCR criteria's for testing CM and CAV.

Hello Valerie & Liang -

To follow up on our meeting yesterday, here is an introduction that could be used in a meeting  with the SMEs to review NCR defect type categories . I think it is good to not change the list too drastically so that it may still be possible to make comparisons from one project to the next

Liang : to follow up on Valerie's request for a common set of KPIs for VTA & CMTF ,  could you let me know how much time you would need to put together a "straw Dog" for the "common"   VTA & CMTF KPIs ? You can see the KPIs for L2 in Pansophy , in the report we send to SLAC with each Cryomodule . Also  attached is the requirements Doc for SNS (Jacob has requested the requirements Doc from Ed Daly for the SNSPPU Cavity VTA also )

Here are the proposed invitees - perhaps to two separate meetings ?  It should not take long to review this list of defect types as long as we are well prepared with some proposals  . Attached is a proposal for an introduction for these two meetings

In addition to the Pansophy Team , and QA some ideas for who to include might be  :


-        For Mechanical, Vacuum  & RF related defect types perhaps : John Fischer, Kirk Davis, Danny Forehand, Ashley, Naeem , Aaron, Liang,  Ashley, and others ?

-        For VTA & CMTF related perhaps Kirk Davis, Mike Drury, Pashupati , Larry King, Naeem,  Liang - are there others ?

If I don't hear otherwise , will plan on setting up these two meetings before the end of June - in parallel I will work on combining and completeing the L2 Lessons learned report with some high level recommendations
