Hi all,
It looks good to me, but I do have a couple suggestions. I was thinking in the calibration section we could add one more step to document the type of measurement equipment used (cmm, calipers, micrometers, etc.)? The other ide I had in mind was identifying which dimensions are critical versus reference only. I believe it would be very helpful in the future and a time saver as it would prevent unnecessary NCRs being generated in Pansophy. Please see attached for an example.
Thank you,
Aaron

It works for me. Any comments related to production (Aaron) or data collection (Megan) are welcome.
Jacob

Hi Jacob, Megan,
Is this acceptable?

Ed, et. al.,
I am good with the first traveler for leak testing. We have another traveler that addresses calibration for that activity and we should try it before repeating a potentially dumb idea over and over.
The second traveler is for a dimensional inspection. I understand several tools/methods might be used in this step, so I think it's a good one to incorporate some calibration language. Perhaps it should be something like, Calibration Tool Used and Calibration Expiration Date. Megan will need to help us with consistency in the data fields to ensure we can sort them out later.
Matt, call me or message me on Teams if you think further discussion is helpful.
Jacob

Dear Jacob,
Were you able to review these travelers with respect to calibration content? If so great. If not, please have a look and communicate with Matt.
Thanks,
Ed
