[Pansophy] STP Procedure: Baking in Nitrogen Oven

Attached is an STP procedure for baking in the nitrogen oven.

Kurt - this will be used in place of the C75 HOM Load and Gate Valve Baking  Procedure and referenced in the Warm Window Degreasing and Baking Procedure.
