[Pansophy] Can't clear

Hi!
The new travelers are showing whether the associated NCRs are closed or still open. It's nice that I don't need to open each of them to make sure they're closed!

One thing that I found: I couldn't clear the supervisor sign off the following entry. Can you help?

SerialNum: 222  Traveler ID: L2PRD-CM-INSP-BLA  Rev: R1 Page:1  Traveler Seq Number: 4
