Don't worry about it.  I will look through the drawings to determine part numbers and acronyms for these parts.


*         There are material certs with these.  Will this information need to be captured in travelers?

At this point, I will have to revise the FULL availability date to next Friday.  Some parts will be available sooner.  I have Greg Marble established as the SOTR, and he will get the PRIMeS Notification when groups of parts are completed and checked into PRIMeS.

You may open all bags to begin serialization.
These are for the warm girders in CEBAF.

The drawing Tiffany sent last week would have the JL numbers if they exist; I am 95% there are no JL numbers. What kind of acronyms do you usually do?

None of the parts appear to be serialized (yet).  Everything is double bagged.



*         Do we have permission to open the bags and handle the parts to engrave them?

*         What are the JL part numbers (only vendor supplied PN for most of them)?

*         What are the acronyms?

*         I expect the project is "CEBAF"?



These probably won't be complete until late Monday or sometime on Tuesday.

I think there are 3-5 shipments in from Nor-cal.  Do you know when Mike/Calvin may get these items?  The furnace is available for thermal cycles next week if we can get them into inventory soon.
