Valerie,
Thanks.
Checking that path (\\jlabwin\SW_dist\<file://jlabwin/SW_dist/>...), it looks like permission is granted to all JLab domain users, so people shouldn't have any problem getting to that directory and files.
Checking the readme.txt file in that directory though, it refers to a web page -- https://www.jlab.org/IR/docushareClient.html for installation instructions. That web page gives the path as L:\DocushareClient . This is an old, defunct path. We migrated those files to the new (\\jlabwin\sw_dist\<file://jlabwin/sw_dist/>... path) a while back. and, only recently actually removed the old path.
Is it possible that your users are trying to use the old location? If so, I think pointing them to the new location is all that is needed.
Please check and let me know if this doesn't work for you.
Take care,
Marty Wise

Valerie, sorry you guys are having problems. Can you give me the path you were using to do the install? I need to make sure I'm looking at the same thing you are.
Thanks,

The Pansophy team uses the DocuShare Drive for simplifying the transfer of files to DocuShare.
The traveler authors would also like to be able to do this (mount DocuShare as a drive)
However, when we last tried to install from jlabwin some users did not have permission
Can the permissions be changed or the install package be put somewhere that the SRF users can get to the install package?
We, the Pansophy Team, will be glad to help users install the DSdrive, but we do need to be able to have users get there.
Thank You for your help
