[Pansophy] Name in drop down list

Hi!
We are filling out Travelers and River's name is not in one of the lists, so I think the easiest way is just to add him to the list vs submitting a new draft of the traveler? Or are you able to just update the <<SRF>> to <<SRFCVP>>?

In the traveler page below, all of Chemistry except River Fiedler shows in the <<SRF>> list.  River and the rest do show in the <<SRFCVP>>.  Is it possible to add him to the <<SRF>> list?
