Chris,
The acronym RECBP, refers to the Return End Can Beam Pipe.
RTBP - is the Return Beam Pipe.
The drawing linked in the traveler is below and refers to Return Side Warm Beam Tube.

Can someone confirm which "beam pipe" this is?
Additionally, this traveler is both Disassembly and Re-assembly, so should this be a RWRK (rework) instead of an assembly (ASSY).
