Hi Matt,

Could you please put these CMM drawings in the travelers instead of the actual drawings. These ones have the dimensions marked; sorry, I should've sent you these earlier. Please also hold off on AUP-INSP-CMN-FTPCSN.

Thanks,
Naeem

Hi Matt and Valerie,

The degreasing traveler is one that I would like to omit, instead just using a reference to the degreasing procedure. I don't think it has enough information in it warrant a separate traveler

Thanks,
Naeem

Matt,

Megan is on vacation this week so just send to pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org> and I will do what I can to get things processed.

Where is the updated degreasing traveler?

Valerie

Hello Megan,

The updated degreasing traveller is attached, with all acronyms that require degreasing included.

Thanks!

Megan,

Looks fine to me. Does Username need to be SRFCVP instead?

Matt,

I have quickly drafted the degreasing traveler. Add the acronyms that will be degreased.

Ashley, is there anything else that should be added to this traveler?

Hello Megan,

I talked with Naeem earlier today and he mentioned that we would have to make a separate traveler for the degreasing procedure.

There are two separate degreasing procedures in place for the AUP,

- https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-212637/CP-AUP-CAV-CHEM-ACID-R1.pdf

- https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-212638/CP-AUP-CAV-CHEM-DEGR-R1.pdf

When adapting these into travelers, are there any special considerations, or should I simply convert the steps of the procedure into the traveler format?

Thanks!

-Matt
