[Pansophy] Remote Desktop issues

To whom it may concern,

I am having difficulty accessing my remote desktop from my computer. I have been able to get as far as entering my credentials, however I am unable to get past this point. For reference, this is the screen that I am referring to.

I have tried both my password, PIN, and having my smartcard plugged in. Each time however, I get a return that my credentials did not work. If you have any additional solutions that I could try, I would appreciate hearing them.
