Good Morning An and Grace (I realize you are probably still asleep),

I would like to talk with you sometime today to see what progress you have made in setting up your user accounts and machines, as well as see what you have learned this week.

So, I am putting a meeting on your calendar for 10am PDT.  I realize you may not have your computers set up for Outlook yet so I will also send you a link to a Microsoft Teams meeting. Please Install TEAMS on your machine or work with Lisa to get logged into JLab and use the TEAMS available there.
You each have a machine at the lab to remote desktop into. If you do not yet have this setup please talk with Lisa about how.
