Hi Pansophy Team!

I have loaded the PLACLN procedures that are ready for approval into the folder:
\Facilities\SRF Institute\01 - SRF Projects\01 - Open\1.04.05.024.001 Advanced FE Cleaning Plasma - (Powers^Ganey)\06 - Process Documents^Travelers (PLACLN)\Ready For Approvals -PLACLN
(Ready For Approvals -PLACLN (jlab.org)<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-51338>).

There are 6 procedures and 1 form. I am working on a traveler (PLACLN-VSA-CAV-PROC) but I am not ready to send the traveler out for approval yet.

The following procedures have Natalie Brock (Reviewer), Tom Powers (Process Owner), and Tony Reilly (Department Head) for approval.

- PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-CCAL

- PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-MODE

- PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-PREP

- PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-PROC
The following procedures have Roland Overton (Reviewer), Tom Powers (Process Owner), and Tony Reilly (Department Head) for approval.

- PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-VCON

- PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-VDIS
There is one "form" that I am not sure where it needs to go. We printed and laminated a copy of this form to hang on the test stand. We do not plan to print / fill out this form with each use. Instead they will just use the laminated card on the test stand as a reminder. Please let me know if this should be sent through an approval, and if so, how to document that approval. Also, which Docushare folder should forms be saved in?

- PLACLN-FM-VSA-CAV-MOVE

I put a process map in the Timeline^Schedules folder - see the tab "VertProcedures" for an outline of the sequence for the PLACLN procedures. When the PLACLN VTRF traveler is issued, I'll update the reference to the C100R-CAV-VTRF to the new PLACLN VTRF traveler.

Thanks for your help. Let me know if there is anything else you need from me.

Good morning Valerie,

For the PLACLN VTRF travelers, a copy of either the C100 or C100R VTRF traveler will do just fine for PLACLN. C100 and C100R look to be identical. And although PLACLN VTRF doesn't necessarily need all the data collected in the C100 / C100R traveler, it probably makes it much easier (for the Pansophy team and the VTRF tester) to just keep the traveler as-is to start with. I'll make a Rev 2 later once we have our process / needed data fine-tuned.
Some PLACLN data has been put into C100 (C100-CAV-VTRF # 157, 158, and 159). No data has been put into C100R at this time (that I know of). If it is possible, can you make a copy of either the C100 or C100R-CAV-VTRF into the PLACLN area with the appropriate new naming convention? Also can the data currently in C100-CAV-VTRF #157, 158 and 159 be copied / moved over to the PLACLN VTRF traveler?

Thanks,

Tiffany Ganey

Hi Valerie,

Tom is fine with using the project "PLACLN" for Docushare and Pansophy. Can you please make the area for the procedures and travelers? I'll update the titles/IDs. Just let me know when/where to upload them for review.

Thanks for your help.
